Please reference this guide to help choose the best fit for your needs or ask one of our storage specialists – they would be happy to help! 5x10 = 50sqft – can fit a couch, chair, boxes, and appliances (closet-size) 10x10 = 100sqft – ideal for a two-bedroom home which could fit a couch, table, chair, appliances, motorcycle and boxes of items. 10x15 = 150sqft – suitable for a 2–3-bedroom home 10x20 = 200sqft – equivalent size to a one car garage. Can fit a vehicle or also able to fit belongings from a small 3-bedroom home. 10x25 = 250sqft – ideal for boats, vehicles, or trailers. Also acceptable for a 3–4-bedroom home. 10x30 = 300sqft – Can also fit a vehicle, boat, trailer or items from a 4-bedroom home. 10x40 = 400sqft – Can fit more than one vehicle (ex: two cars), ATVs, or furnishings from a 4-5-bedroom home. Do you offer climate controlled units?Yes, we offer them at Commerce Storage & Ski Slide Storage. Some of these units are interior access only through a human sized door and hallway - while others are direct access. Climate controlled units are typically used to protect belongings from damage caused by heat or very cold temperatures. Items stored in climate-controlled units are usually photographs, antiques, clothing, leather furniture, vehicles, and instruments. Or, if that is just what you prefer. Climate controlled means that the unit is a more controlled environment in both temperature and humidity. Non-climate controlled units are like storing items in an un-heated garage, the temperature and humidity will fluctuate with the outside weather.
-
When is payment due?All payments are due on the 1st of every month, regardless of the date commencing. We prorate first months rent upon sign-up but do not prorate the last month.
