Think you need more space than a 10x 40? Then you'll probably need a maxi unit. We offer maxi (non-climate) options at our Ski Slide & Wolf Road storage facilities. They start at 12 x 20 and offer larger door sizes and higher ceiling heights.

Small
Equivalent to: Walk-in Closet
This Unit will hold: Small amounts of furniture, sofas, chairs, chest of drawers, box spring and mattress, business supplies and records. Plus other small items and boxes.
10x10 (100 SQ. FT.)
Small
Equivalent to: Half of a one-car garage
This Unit will hold: One-bedroom apartment with major appliances, other furniture and supplies.
10x15 (150 SQ. FT.)
Medium
Equivalent to: Half of a one-car garage
This Unit will hold: A two-bedroom apartment or house, including appliances, boxes and miscellaneous items and commercial storage inventory.
10x20 (200 SQ. FT.)
10x25 (250 SQ. FT.)
Large
Equivalent to: Standard one-car garage
This Unit will hold: A three-bedroom house with major appliances, plus lots of boxes. Business storage files and inventory ideal for storage racks.
10x30 (300 SQ. FT.)
10x40 (350 SQ. FT.)
X-Large
Equivalent to: Standard two-car garage
